Returns is a scheme provided by TOOLSMYNE directly in terms of which the option of replacement/or exchange is offered by the TOOLSMYNE to You only in case of,
Physically damaged/ Defective
Has missing parts or accessories
Different from its description on the product detail page on Toolsmyne.
All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
Return will be processed only if:
it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tagintact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing
If customer doesn’t want the same product for the amount he spent, may order different products available with us as replacement /exchange. For exchange, Shipping charges may be applicable as per the new order destination and weight of the product.
